Can I change my ticket?
Flex and Flex Plus fares can be changed free of charge. Light fares can be changed for a fee plus any fare difference.
What if the weather cancels my flight?
We rebook you on the next available flight and let you know by SMS and email. Vágar's weather is changeable, and we plan for it.
Do I need a passport to fly to Denmark?
Yes. The Faroe Islands are outside Schengen, so bring a passport or national ID card on every route.
How do I add a bag after booking?
Open My booking, enter your reference and surname, and add bags up to two hours before departure.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Not yet. Our A320neos have USB power at every seat and a Faroese menu to make up for it.
