Before you fly
- Check-in
- Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before. At Vágar, desks close 45 minutes before departure.
- Baggage
- A cabin bag up to 8 kg and 55×40×23 cm is included on every fare. Checked bags are included on Flex and Flex Plus, or can be added from DKK 195.
- Passports & visas
- The Faroe Islands are not part of Schengen. Bring your passport on every route, including to Denmark.
- Children & infants
- Infants under two travel on a parent's lap. Children from two years old have their own seat and earn Súlubonus points.

On board
- Meals
- Pre-order a hot meal from the Faroese menu up to 24 hours before departure. Drinks and snacks are available on all flights.
- Seats
- Choose your seat from DKK 65. Extra-legroom seats on rows 1 and 12.
- Duty free
- Browse the on-board shop, or pre-order for pickup at your seat.
- Special assistance
- Tell us at least 48 hours before departure and we will arrange assistance at both airports.

After landing
- Vágar Airport
- Forty minutes from Tórshavn by car. Bus 300 runs to the capital from outside arrivals.
- Car hire
- Book a car with your ticket. Keys at the desk in arrivals.
- Delays & disruption
- Weather is part of life here. If a flight is delayed or cancelled, we rebook you automatically and send an SMS.
- Lost baggage
- Report at the baggage desk before leaving the hall, or online within 7 days.
